1. Can my bike be collected and delivered back to my hotel or apartment? Yes, we offer a delivery service for all our bikes. Please note that there is a charge for this service. If your location isn’t listed below, please get in contact with us to receive a quote.

2. What types of bikes can I store? We accommodate all types of bikes, including road bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes. However, please note that we do not store cargo bikes..
3. Is my bike insured while in storage? Yes, all bikes are fully insured against theft and damage while in storage.
4. Can I access my bike any time I need it? Absolutely! You can access your bike during our operating hours, which are from 09:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:30. If you would like a bike service before collecting, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours prior.
5. Can I drop off and pick up my bike frequently? Our storage service is designed for long-term storage only. To ensure the availability of space and to maintain an efficient operation, we kindly ask clients to utilize our facility for extended periods rather than frequent pick-ups or drop-offs. Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before returning or collecting your bike. This helps us manage the storage effectively and ensures a smooth experience for all our clients.
6. What security measures are in place? Our storage facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras and secure access controls..
7. Will my bike be serviced before it’s returned? Depending on the package chosen, your bike will be serviced before being returned. If a service is not included in your package, please refer to our Workshop page for pricing.
8. What if I need to store other cycling equipment? We also offer storage for helmets, shoes, and other cycling gear at additional rates.
9. What if I no longer need the storage space? You can cancel your storage agreement with a single months notice. If you have paid for a longer-term plan (6 months or 1 year) and need to cancel early, your refund will be based on the monthly rate applicable to the actual duration of storage used. For example, if you subscribed to the 1-year plan (€20/month) but cancel after 2 months, your refund will be calculated based on the 1-month rate of €30/month.
10. How do I set up storage for my bike? Setting up storage for your bike is easy! Contact us through our website or visit us in person to sign up for our storage service and choose the plan that best fits your needs.
