One of the most frequent doubts people have when renting a road bike is choosing the correct size. One thing to bear in mind is that the size of the bike is measured in centimeters by the length of the vertical tube, so the important thing to consider when choosing a bike is not the height of your body, but the height of your hips. Due to this, one of the most reliable ways to determine the size of a bicycle is to measure the length of your inside leg in cm and multiply it by 0.65. Once you have your measurement, compare the result with your prefered model of bike and select the size bracket closest to your measurement.

The best way to find out your exact measurements and bike size would be to have a biomechanical study done.
